How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over $75. A flat fee of $10 is applied to orders 0-$74.

Where do you ship to?
HAVEN currently ships within Canada.
If you are outside of Canada, please contact us for rates and we will look for the most economical way to get items to you safely. International customers will be responsible for paying any import duties or brokerage fees if applicable.
When will my item arrive?
Items stocked in our storefront will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for in stock items shipped directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified if any item is backordered. Orders with multiple items may have multiple delivery dates. Delays in shipping and delivery with our third party partners can happen for various reason and are unfortunately out of our control.
When is my card charged?
All orders are charged in full at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you place your order you have 24hrs to cancel. After this time period a 20% restocking fee applies. Custom made items are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
What measurement are used on this site?
All measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Can I combine discount codes?
No. Discount and sale codes are only applicable for one discount per order.
Do you have a storefront?
Yes! We have two retail locations located at 54 Hurontario Street in Downtown Collingwood, ON and 302B Lakeshore Road East in Downtown Oakville, ON.
Do you stock all items in your storefront?
No. Most small decor is stocked. Select furniture pieces and lighting from our online collection are showcased.
What currency are items listed in?
All items are listed in Canadian dollars. All prices will have applicable taxes (HST) added at checkout.
Where are your products made?
We strive to bring our customers a variety of local and Canadian made products, however we do source products from many suppliers around the world. If you'd like to know the origin of a particular product, please contact us.
The product name on the box I received doesn't match what I ordered?
We source from many different suppliers and often times product names would get repeated between them. Some packaging may arrive with the supplier's product name on the box instead of ours. If you have any questions or want to double check, we're always here to help.
HAVEN also strives to reduce our waste in this world. Your package may come in a recycled box.
