HAVEN currently ships within Canada.
All home decor orders are shipped from Collingwood, Ontario and will be charged applicable sales tax (HST).
Lighting, furniture, rugs and large art ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Some manufacturers will have different lead times. When your order is placed we will contact you within 48 hours to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number where you'll be able to track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery on in-stock items. Backorders may require additional time but you will be notified right away.
Some larger items are considered oversized and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note that standard delivery does not include in home delivery or assembly of furniture. If you live in a building, items will be brought into the lobby. Most of our furniture pieces come fully assembled unless otherwise stated.
Please note that HAVEN attempts to recycle whenever possible. Your item may arrive in a box that is reused from our own packaging to reduce the amount of waste in the world.
Please contact us for rates and we will look for the most economical way to get items to you safely. International customers will be responsible for paying any import duties or brokerage fees if applicable.
Please use the order comments section during checkout to specify unique situations the delivery company may encounter. Please ensure that before ordering an item, it will fit through and into the desired destination. All furniture is final sale and returns will not be accepted for size or fit.
Delays in shipment or delivery may happen and are out of our control. These delays can push your delivery window past the lead time given at the time of ordering. We ask for your patience during these times.
In some instances a product may sell out before we have the chance to update our website. If you purchase an out of stock item, we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If that date does not fit your schedule, we will reimburse you 100%.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items can be shipped back or returned to our Collingwood location. Please note that the buyer remains responsible for the return shipping costs and items must be in the exact condition in which they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days for any returns to be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or custom orders cannot be refunded. All items shipped directly from the manufacturer are final sale. We do not accept returns due to size. Please measure accordingly before ordering. In the case of a severe product defect, the item may be exchanged only.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.
